- סיוע לעולים בעניינים בירוקרטיים כגון - פתיחת חשבון בנק, ביטוח לאומי, הנחת ארנונה, טיפול בחשבונות, הוראות קבע ועוד
- סיוע ברישום לבית הספר וגני מועצה
- סיוע למשפחות העולים בקשר WITH בתי הספר
- מענה לפונים אשר מתכננים לעשות עליה לארץ ישראל ומתן מידע בנושאים הקשורים לזכרון יעקב בפרט ועליה לארץ בכלל
- מועדון לאזרחים ותיקים דוברי רוסית, "קפה אירופה". מפגש חברתי פעם בשבוע, ציון החגים, ליווי
- מועדון KEF לאזרחים ותיקים דוברי אנגלית. מפגש חברתי, ציון החגים וליווי אחת לשבועיים
- פרויקט יע"ל (לימודי עברית ותגבור לימודי) בבית ספר חמ"ד יעבץ
- אירועים סביב מועדי ישראל
- אירועים חברתיים כדי לעזור בקליטת עליה
Through the Zichron Yaakov Municipality’s Social Services Department and the Israel Ministry of Absorption, and through our partners, a variety of supports is available to Olim.
